1. Call our trained leasing specialist at (602) 995-1916
Reservations are not accepted online. Please call our leasing specialist prior to sending in the below information to ensure your reservation is made correctly based on apartment size, type and move-in date.
2. Complete and submit tenant application with photo ID and proof of income
Please download or print the following Tenant Application and fax or email the completed form to our office at (602) 995-1935, or firstname.lastname@example.org. Attach your proof of income and a copy of a valid photo ID with the tenant application. Please call our leasing specialist or click here for more information regarding our policy on income requirements. We charge a non-refundable fee of $19 to run a credit and criminal background check and must have this fee before we can begin the process.
3. Processing your application
Once we have received your tenant application and proof of income we will process your information and contact you with your approval status, usually within 30 minutes.
4. $49 Deposit Fee
If approved we require a deposit of $49 to hold your reservation. You may arrive up to 24 hours later and we will hold your reservation and apply the entire $49 to your rent. However, if you do not arrive on your reservation date or within 24 hours thereafter, you will forfeit the $49 deposit. There are no exceptions to this forfeiture; we have pulled your unit from inventory to guarantee it is ready when you arrive. When you move in, you must pay a security deposit which is 100% refundable if your unit is left clean and undamaged.
5. Payment Options
We accept VISA or MasterCard for the $49 reservation deposit. Under special circumstances we will accept money orders by mail or in person with prior management approval. Please call for more details: (602) 995-1916.
